Kid Lucky is a vocalist from NYC who does all his songs including the beat, the bass line, the sound effects and the rhymes all at the same time and with only his voice. No track playing in the background, no DJ scratching with him. Having worked with every major beatboxer in America including Doug E Fresh, Rahzel, Biz Markie Scratch, Michael Winslow, Masai Electro, all vocalists who are masters in the art of solo vocal performances, Kid Lucky is pushing the boundaries with a much more nu soul, urban folk approach. Where most of beatboxers are trying to wow audiences with crazy sound effects, The A cappella MC is focusing on creating great thought provoking songs utilizing beatboxing, emceeing and floetry all with only one instrument: his voice!
Kid Lucky is now looking to perform more in Prague because he has fallen in love with the music scene in Prague and is quickly becoming noticed in Prague working with some of the top hip hop vocalists in the Czech Republic such as Cossiga, Nasty, Freaky Jesus, MC Theo, Ivanhoe and more. Kid Lucky is currently working on a an album with Czech artists that will be cross promoted in America and Czech Republic.
